Christopher J. Sullivan is a partner in the firm. Mr. Sullivan assists clients in the areas of elder and Medicaid law, estate planning and administration, general probate matters, probate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships and adoptions, including representations of same sex families. Mr. Sullivan advises and counsels clients on issues related to asset protection, probate of wills and contested estates, estate and tax planning matters. Mr. Sullivan also serves as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem, Commissioner, Master and Special Administrator.

Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Boston and Suffolk University Law School. Prior to obtaining his law degree Mr. Sullivan was a court clerk at the Norfolk Probate and Family Court. Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and State of New Hampshire.

Mr. Sullivan has been appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as Special Counsel to the Board of Bar Examiners and is an active member of the Massachusetts, Norfolk and Plymouth County Bar Associations. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He serves as chairman of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court Bench Bar Committee. Mr. Sullivan is also a member of the Norfolk and Plymouth Estate and Business Planning Council and is a volunteer lawyer of the day at various Probate Courts within the Commonwealth. Mr. Sullivan is a volunteer member of the Corporate Council of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Planned Giving Advocate for New England for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Additionally, he is an active volunteer with the Hanover Council on Aging, the Hanover Foundation for Educational Enrichment, and the Hanover Youth Athletic Association.

Mr. Sullivan has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell as an AV® rated attorney, the highest such rating available to an attorney. In both 2007 and 2009 Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Mr. Sullivan as a "Rising Star" in the area of Elder Law and Estate Planning, a designation given to the state's outstanding young lawyers.
