We regularly practice in front of the Massachusetts Land Court, dealing with foreclosures, title clearing actions, deed registrations, boundary disputes, "S" petitions, and other land related issues. We have worked with condominiums and associations, drafting master deeds and other association related documents.
We assist with title examinations. We also work with banks and other financial services companies doing commercial real estate lending as well as private lenders involved in commercial real estate lending, drafting their contracts and helping them keep in compliance. We also work with landlord and tenant cases.
We have drawn up professional commercial real estate leases for the medical and dental professions. Special requirements for installation and use of medical and dental equipment, plus competition provisions, are included in these documents.
